产品介绍 CoolRack ® CoolSink®

将盛放样品的单管、多孔板或八连管等直接放置于冰，干冰，酒精浴，水浴锅等冷却或加热装置，管内/孔内样品温度会因不同的孔位而出现差异。使用康宁CoolRack和CoolSink热传导模块，可以减少这样的差异。CoolRack和CoolSink热传导模块可以直接放于低至-196°C，高至100°C以上的温度条件，模块可以迅速达到所处温度。

CoolRack和CoolSink模块能够确保所有的样品管、多孔板中的样品，无论是降温、速冻、加热还是冻融，样品间温度均一，温差不超过0.1°C。应用范围：试剂的降温，如ECM (Corning Matrigel® Matrix)，限制性内切酶，dNTPs，和抗体等；无酒精干冰速冻，适用于组织、病毒和细菌等多种样本；以及在实验台上行液氮中的冻存管分选等。

所有热传导模块均可承受高温高压灭菌，或使用漂白剂，酒精或其他实验室消毒剂消毒。部分CoolRack模均符合SBS标准。
